Its a free app with a limited feature set. If you need to create snazzy web 2.0 looking icons, its extremely easy to do. This only has 2 designs of icons, but does offer to export the icons in a variety of sizes (32px, 48px, 16x16x etc). A very handy little utility when you need to create icons quickly.
