I used to use Dev-C++ a lot but now I use Code::Blocks in both Windows & Linux.

Great IDE. Anybody using Visual studio Professional or express editions should give this a try. I had VS Professional installed but recently reverted to Code::Blocks because of its ease of use and consequently development.

A nice cross platform IDE. I used this for my advanced algorithms unit in Uni, I mainly use windows based machines at home, but our code was required to compile and run on OSX. This was a great advantage.
