SourceForge is better...
As others say, it is the Microsoft open source portal. But if you spend 10 minutes surfing in it, could find interesting projects and useful code. A place to bookmark

A Microsoft orientaed Sourceforge-ish creation. It's actually fairly good. I've upp'ed some of my software on there, but it ain't Sourceforge.
