Came with my old Toshiba Satellite laptop.

"NDSTray.exe is a Tray utility for their network switching application which permits switching network devices and settings with a click on the tray icon.
While it is not required, for people who span multiple networks and want to go from wired to wireless and change addresses and other network settings, should not disable it."

I'm disabling it from starting up automatically when Windows starts. I'm using CCleaner (Tools - Startup, Disable) to do this. Though it only uses 5 or 6 MB of memory, it is unnecessary to have it running all the time--every little bit helps with my old machine. If I need it while wandering out in the big world, I can always start it up (it's easy to get to).
