    Simple and effective screen capture program, but you can't record audio its a minus,
    you can capture your entire screen, or just some part of it, you can even make it follow your mouse, so its kind of flexable.

    if you want to do some video podcast you need to add sound with another software...

    overall its free and can do the job quite easily.
