Bundled with Paint Shop Pro Photo. It's a pretty useless piece of software. The only thing it does is copy pictures from a removable device or card, which you can also do yourself.
Installs when you install paint shop pro, auto starts, had to change settings so it didnt auto boot. Rubbish software.
