Corel PHOTO-PAINT is a raster graphics editor created by Corel. It is not sold by itself, but instead included with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. Its main uses are image manipulation and creation of web graphics.

I often prefer PhotoPaint to Photoshop, some tools are easier to use. I have to say I use both, though.
I used to use it everyday and I thought it really was the best tool - to be honest it's good for simple operations, but it can't be compared to Photoshop.
