Easy to manage multiple accounts. worth looking at!
CT is an effective way of managing multiple accounts and is probably dominating that particular market. It's a great way of scheduling tweets and sharing an account between multiple employees.
Cotweet is an excellent way to manage multiple users tweeting the same account and multiple accounts. It also is a nice way to schedule tweets.
It's an enterprise-oriented web service, it has a full set of functions, multi-account, multi-user, its default view is DM's and replies, but i think it has a mistake, a very heavy UI, sometimes is very slow.

Very useful and powerful Twitter client. For an organization wanting to manage their Twitter presence CoTweet is the answer. Brilliant idea and the layout is slick.
