Crossover is a WINE GUI for Mac OS and Linux. More than a GUI actually, as it provides a tuned WINE, which works very well with the officially supported programs (basically all of MS Office products work, I use it for Word 2000) and a lot of unsupported ones as well. It also runs a lot of games more or less flawlessly (Steam and a lot of games on Steam work well), depending on which version of Crossover you buy. The GUI can be a bit confusing the first time, but gets the job done nicely. The big advantage Crossover has over VMWare and Paralells is that you don't have to buy and install a copy of Windows. That makes Crossover way cheaper and I guess it also helps performance-wise.

I have been using Crossover for quite a while now and it has helped me solve some stupid problems (I had a lot of passwords stored in a password safe program, that only has a Windows version) and still play the games I once hung on to my PC for. Great product!
