I find Cuil kinda hit-and-miss... most of the times it its really great results (better then Google) but sometimes... junk :/ But I still use it as my homepage :)
It's certainly an interesting experiment, and I like the page layout. Unfortunately it manages to get every page related to the keywords you type in, except the kind of information you actually want.
