DAEMON Tools is a great CD image emulator for the Windows platform. As others have mentioned, be wary of the modifications that it tries to make during installation.

Follow-up comment to previous one I left a month ago, below...
*Now works with Windows 7 x64 RC (7100) which is great. Was missing this tool.
Brilliant - just pay attention when installing if you don't want to change your homepage etc.
Newest versions have no adware and previously you had the option to not install any.
A good disc emulation ... Just watch out for all the crap in the installer etc..
