i've been using dailyburn since it was gyminee. excellent program for tracking nutrition, exercise, & general wellness. the features are constantly being improved upon & now include the ability to enter nutrition information by meal. it's the only site i've found of its type that has most of the food i eat already entered in the database & easy to find. the different exercise videos are helpful and you can create custom workouts. motivational tools are a big +, as well. i haven't tried it (i don't have an iphone), but the new scan app for iphone looks amazing. i do recommend upgrading to the pro version for anyone who wants to get the most from the site.

I use this site every day to track my calorie intake and exercises. Its database of food makes the site so easy to use, and setting up a diet plan is very easy. However, I think that the interface could be improved. It's supposed to be a social networking site but I don't really use it that way for this reason.
