This is a program that I have used on and off for 3 years and am coming back to it in it's latest iteration. I really want this to be the server for all things business for me. I love the projects feature in this tool as well as how it tracks and stores email communications. It is pricey, but I think there is a great value here.
Awesome for managing contacts and projects, but once the database gets huge, it slows down.
Excellent program for managing customer contacts and projects, but it can get bogged down with a large database of contacts and requires significant resources for maintaining sync to the central apple database.
Perhaps the best CRM package on any platform. Especially nice on the Mac, integrating with Mail.app to link emails directly into contacts, organizations, projects, and opportunities. Daylite is also bringing out an app for the Mac OS X Touch platform (iPhone, iPod Touch) that will bring all of the information over the air to your mobile device.
