Easy Assist

This is a tool that Microsoft Professional Support Services (PSS) uses to remotely look at and fix your Microsoft Software issue. Its behaviour and use は Microsoft Live Meeting although Easy Assist has a different and lighter weight feature set that is geared to a support instead of marketing context. By default, the PSS personel have no access and you must grant view-only access by "sharing your desktop" on the PC running Easy Assist. PSS can then request control and when the user grants this PSS will be able to interact with your desktop using keyboard and mouse similar to using VNC, PCAnywhere, or other remote control software. に似ています
