I have been using EditPlus since 1998. It is fast, clean and rock-solid when it comes to stability.
I love the regular expression support in find/replace, column select functionality, remote editing with built-in FTP/SFTP client.
Worth the money if you need a clean, fast text editor.

Extremely fast, clean and stable, has some rare features, like ability to select a block (not lines!) of text with a mouse.
Its clean fast as everybody else mention. But there are plenty of others clean and fast. And still EditPlus is the most comfortable for me - i dont know why.

This is one of my most favorite, I'm using this since 2001, awesome features and most importantly very fast.
Of all the editors I've used to code (Dreamweaver included), I like this one best. It has all the features I need, and gets the job done quickly, easily, and well.
I really like being able to choose syntax colors, as I'll go through periods where I can use dark on white, but more often than not I need to switch to pastels on black or dark grey.
Possibly one of the best pieces of software I ever payed for. It's simple, fast and gets many jobs done.
