EmEditor is a full-featured Windows text editor with source code syntax highlighting and support for regular expressions. It is supported on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows 2000 (all 32-bit and 64-bit). There are three levels of the program available:

Support for Unicode; fast search&replace; opens 10MB+ files in a few seconds; fast switching between charset encodings; a correct response to ctrl/shift+del, ctrl/shift+arrows; the ability to show tabs and new lines only, ignoring other special characters; plugins; the best Save As dialog; code highlighting; lots of customizable stuff.
