I have no idea what this app does, but I know I have Brother printer drivers installed just like SamCritch so he might be right. Freaky to suddenly find a totally unfamiliar appname in Wakoopa! :-o
I think that, on a Mac, this is in fact LOGINserver.app, which is part of the package which controls Brother printers. See /Library/Printers/Brother/Utilities/Server/LOGINserver.app/Contents/MacOS/LOGINserver or search for "LOGINserver Mac" using a search engine.
