Very good UML modeling tool. Have come into two different projects that use it and have had good experiences in both cases. It is now my prefered modeling tool. The reverse engineering is very good and I have never had it crash or freeze.

EA has become the default UML modeling tool - good selection of features, pretty fast, good reverse engineering abilities. Cross-platform would be nice, though.
