An unwanted application on Windows
A TCP/UDP flooder for Windows built on the source code of "Low Orbit Ion Cannon". While this particular variation claims to have improved performance, the "improved performance" they speak of is actually a backdoor added by the programmer. Further use of this tool is discouraged.
