This is the actual EverQuest 2 executable. Running this will directly load the game and not the patcher. You are presented with a simple login prompt then taken the character select screen. This is the program that the updater runs after patching. Edit

I've been playing since launch and still enjoy it. It has defiantly changed ALOT since then, but it would appeal to a wider audience nowadays.
