On the whole, I'm quite satisfied with Facebook, despite the perennial
controversies that rage around nearly everything they do.
Mostly, this is because everything just works, and because so many people
are on there: most of my friends are on Facebook, and it's the best place to
catch up on random things they're doing.
I also like the fine-grained privacy controls Facebook offers, being
something of a control freak, and though I don't lock much down, it's good to
know the options are there.
In fact, the only complaint I really have is the chat feature, which just
isn't complete enough.
Despite that, I expect Facebook to be one of the most useful web apps for a
long time to come.
