Fallout 2 is a good game. Not as good as the first, but twice or thrice as long, and has many more laughs. As I've read elsewhere, it's more about the lulz than the story.

Amazing post-nuclear rpg game.
This is the most amazing game I've ever played. There are so many choices your character can make, and there are tons of quests. Gotta love isometric.
