Used to like it, but I'm likely to stop using it as you have more control over feeds that are hosted directly.
Use it. Like it.
All great except that some options are a bit hidden (and if you manage multiple RSS feeds, there is no "mass apply" option...)

在中国，还是feedsky比较易用，而且不会被GFW
