I have tried quite a few feed readers and this is by far my favorite one. What I like most about it is the 4 panel GUI rather than the traditional 3 panel one that most full featured desktop RSS readers use.
The only bad thing about it is the built in browser and how it doesn't give you the option to view pages in your default browser instead. The built in browser is unable to display videos properly.
