Wow, I remember using that one in ancient times. Found it really handy back then. Like, groundbreaking.
Could be it still is. Though, strike the "groundbreaking" part.
You can also use Earthlink, FolioNet, WebDAV, and FTP
Makes sending large files REALLY EASY using your .mac disk space. It's also really easy to delete files when you are done with them.
