The latest version of Firefox is freaking fast and uses half the memory. If you haven't upgraded to it yet then do so. If you're worried about your extensions not working... don't worry. A quick RDF hack will get most working.
Firefox 3 beta 5 rocks!! Hope it passes the acid 3 test soon!

On a serious note Firefox 3 Beta 5 is great, from what I've seen it really is a lot faster than Firefox 2.
