I use it to download files from rapidshare in conjunction with a firefox ad-on called flashgot. Makes downloading a large list of files a breeze.
I use it for most of my downloads and especially for torrents.

My ratings go for the "Classic" version, because the newest method gives me all kinds of problems like downloads that stop at 99%.
