Works perfectly coming from the root company. Most applications that come from companies that service it are mostly crap, for Ex: AIM, MySpace, ETC!

one small tip, put this in your quick launch bar and you can drag your photos right into it from anywhere in Windows!
Easy to use, just drag your photos to this app. I've ditched it in favor of other upload extensions for Lightroom and iPhoto.
I use my own modification. You might want to visit http://flickr.com/groups/hackinguploadr/discuss/ to find extensions for Flickr Uploadr.
I drag my photos straight from Picasa (my photo management tool of choice) into the Flickr Uploadr...it's great!
