FreeVimager is a great free easy-to-use program to view and edit photos. Runs very fast.
Some edit options: Rotate, Crop, Resize, Red Eye correction, Brightness, and many more useful features.
Portable, fast and the only image viewer I found that supports slide show mode in a dual monitor setup. I can easily flip through photos for presentations on my second mnotor (HDTV). Even IrfanView, Picasa or Windows Picture & Fax Viewer couldn't do that.
