FSL Launcher is a nice utility that allows you to organize various shortcuts into seperate 'groups' and have them hidden until you want to use them. This allows you to free up valuable desktop space and not waste time searching through your Start menu.

Very good program to keep your desktop nice and neat. This program has the ability to organize shortcuts by different categories ('groups') and resides out of sight, activated by moving your mouse into the upper left hand corner of the screen.
