A mysterious new application
Geocaching is an outdoor activity in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. Its online database of Geocache locations worldwide make it the first port of call for anyone interested in Geocaching (using a GPS enabled device to find locations of note or hidden treasure). Immediate notifications of new caches only available to Pro (paying) members, but database access is free to registered users.
Great hobby, love doing this in the weekends.
Love the places where they hide the ammo boxes etc. Good for if you have time over and when you like the nature.
The features set / interface haven't been updated too often, but the ideea and the huge community makes it worth while
Great for us who have nothing better to do then look for tupperware hidden in the woods.
