Cool that this is where Wakoopa support is located. Many options and decent
interface. Easy to use. And if you want you can use Get Satisfaction to complain
about Get Satisfaction :-))
I posted a regular tweet (not direct or reply) with a Firefox question and,
within minutes, got a reply tweet from @GetSatisfaction. The reply said that a
Mozilla employee had responded to my question and it included a link to the
response.
I'm not sure exactly how it works on the developer/company side but seemed as
if the keyword "Firefox" in my tweet triggered an event at Get
Satisfaction and notified the Mozilla team. If so, that's amazing. This will
really amplify the difference between companies who value their customers and
those who don't.
Thus far my interaction with Get Satisfaction has been great.

Great service. I think it's UI could be revamped a bit, however.
