I use this tool on my company's and my private website - and it's the best tool I've used for tracking my advertising moves, and statistics about my visitors. Google has done a pretty good job with this.

Although the default settings are a bit limited, as soon as you use Advanced Segments and Custom Reporting the advantages kick in.
