Ahh I hate it so much its always getting in my way, I have now removed it.
Google is great! Always giving solutions to the problems we didn`t have before and I like it!

good program, it tell me what I need to know. A little pokey on startup, take up part of screen (duh), I need it to survive on my laptop.
It does what it's supposed to. But it's own Sidebar sucks and the lack of functionality for the Windows Sidebar is puzzling.
i use it ever since the first release..... can't imagine a life without it! :-)

i have this on my other pc and its very useful!
I only use this for the sidebar, which is a great companion for dual monitors and widescreens. It blends nicely with the background. Some of the Google-made gadgets (like Calendar) need a little polishing, though.

Google Desktop is the first thing I install after a format. It's easy to use and every file is just one search away. It just keeps indexing in real time.
The timeline is a great feature.
