Superb value for money (FREE!), this Google product handles documents fast and intuitively. Although formatting of Google Docs can be dodgy (especially when printing straight from Google Docs), overall, collaboration capabilities makes this the best online documents application.
I would have failed most of my classes without this thing! Very simple, and fast. The only thing it needs is more formatting abilities.
Great tool! I don't use it but is a good way to backup your files and make a collaborative tex.
Since I work on several computers now, I started using Google Docs. I really like most of it's features, like Forms and how you can connect everything together. I also like the sharing options.
This has started to become my goto for most document writing. However when needing advanced functions such as table bordering and shades it still needs improving upon.
Great app for light document use.
love it
Not as sophisticated as MS office, but it isn't the mature product that MS Office is either. It will be interesting to see how it develops over the next couple of year.
It IS good, but not as good as MS Office Suite. The Office Suite is the best. But it's a nice product overall.
Best Online Office!
Google did it again. It's powerful enough and the fact that your docs are stored in the cloud is HUGE. I can make a spreadsheet in GoogleDocs on my laptop. I can then send a link to it and share with people. I can also have them collaborate. I can even access the spreadsheet on smartphone (Droid) later without installing an app or uploading a file to the phone.
Nice stuff. Good for taking notes in school class.
It's awesome and I don't use MS offic and OpenOffice anymore :D
I don't use Google Docs for collaboration or editing much but it is a good place to store documents and PDFs for quick reference. The Google Docs spreadsheet is handy and almost as good as a standalone spreadsheet application, at least for my typical use cases. The Google Docs word processor isn't as good, so I still prefer OpenOffice.org Writer.
A bit slow...
Colaboration, colaboration and once more colaboration. Great help with documents.
