Google Reader has the same functions as any feed reader, but it also includes
some neat ideas like the starred/liked items and the revolutionary Shared Items.
The interface takes a bit of getting used to but it works perfectly once you
learn your way around it. Best of all, Google is always working to improve their
products so we can count on new developments in the future.
If you tune this thing the right way, you have a world of information at the
top of one finger. Every time I use Google Reader (a few times a day) I am
amazed by its smooth way of feeding me.
I was formerly a NNW user, but now that syncs with Google Reader, I find
myself using Reader on my desktop a lot more. I still use the NNW iPhone app
though. They need to fix the contacts issue, and once that's done it will be 5
stars all around.
Like Gmail, Google Reader is feature-packed for an online service, with a
clean design that performs very fast. It's the top feed reader, and well
deserves the accolades it has received over the years. Both Gmail and Google
Reader are the first and last sites I use when I wake up, go to bed
respectively.

I can't go without Google Reade
This is a excellent reader that allows me to save and organize posts I monitor
It's not stupid
Don't understand new features :S (magic order, WTF?)
I've never used any other RSS feed but Google Reader seems ok. I don't like the interface and the scrolling is weird.
It's the greatest I've tried even though it's still buggy sometimes and not that customizable

Free and full-featured reader for ALL my RSS/Blog reading needs.
I can't go without Google Reader
Still the best reader for the daily fix...
