YouTube for my studies
like it better than youtube
Lately I've found Google Video to be more educational rather than "entertaining". It's great if you're into that.
Please quit with the silly youtube comparisons! Although Google owns both, this is a video search engine, not a single website. Google should work on integrating it with all video websites though, I think it leaves out quite a bit...
Pretty good interface. Longer videos than YouTube as well.
I do enjoy how you can canvas multiple video hosting sites with google video - and as mentioned before, it's nice to view old documentaries and stuff without having to flip through parts.
Great Google interface is wrecked by video player (its not youtube like, its random).

Alternative to YouTube.
While this is still largely a collection of what is found on YouTube anyway, the video quality still seems better here. Also, you can find relevant content from other video sites with this. I just miss the ability to download videos specifically uploaded to Google Video to play on the iPod. It doesn't seem so long ago this was easy to do.
