Don't really use this that often, when there are things like share view.

Proper conferencing software. Only gripe is the empty room bug. Is the caller there?

Great for webinars or online tutorial.. it might get slow at start-up though, and I recommend for the audience to join the session 10 mn before the scheduled time, in order to avoid delays.

Had to use this for a web meeting today and found it very helpful. I could easily interact with the trainer via the interface, although it was difficult to scroll on the virtual screen using my Mac's touchpad. Sometimes we ended up talking over each other, as well. However, it helped to be able to interface with the trainer so that both he and I could control what was happening on the screen. Probably the easiest form of training/online meeting I've ever used. Also, the connection was easy to obtain and use.

I used to use WebEx all the time. This is a great alternative. Very similar features to WebEx, but cheaper. This is how I do all of my meetings when someone has to be remote.

Kalwynah has a great review below, you should check out her favorite features... they're mine too.

A fantastic alternative to WebEx! More cost-effective and much more user-friendly, GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar powered by Citrix has been a welcome corporate change from WebEx. The reporting features are fantastic for Sales and Training Webinars and Scheduling is simple. Customizing follow-up and reminder emails has also been made easy for those not schooled in graphic or web design. I love the 'waiting room' feature that is enabled for audience members who join early and the auto-record/convert (.wmv) and upload feature has been a welcome addition as well. The follow-up email that includes a link to recorded sessions for registered non-attendees was brilliant. I love this program and highly recommend Citrix solutions.
