I hate Steam. The idea that Steam has is GREAT. But sadly, it is poorly
implemented. Anyways... Half-Life 2 is a great game for a Great deal including
TF2, Half-Life episodes 1 and 2, and Portal

CS:S. Thousands of great mods and maps, amazing stuff. One of the best games
(well, all the valve source games really except DoD) of our generation

about the story to it. Graphics are second to none. And the Physics are
fantastic thanks to the Source Engine.
superb game! never bought it on release because my PC was not good enough,
but my new machine (running only linux) runs the orange box games great!! Have
played half-life 2 several times from beginning through end, and doing it now
again on hard mode! Hard mode seems to be really the best! strangely it looks
like there is a lot more music in the game when played on hard!

Good game, Progressivly gets better the more you play, but can't stand killing the mutants, they freak the poo out of me, especially the fast ones.
