Yes,Livedoor is sooo slow for Chinese,but there're many good bolg written on it,e.g. Akibablog.
This is the most tiny and easy-to-use blog/diary service I ever used from Japan.
Also, it has very good connecting speed for me(I'm in China), FC2 and goo also has that very good speed, what exblog and livedoor don't have.
