Dead simple CRMS. Tried 15 other suites kept coming back to this one. Would like to see better integration with their other products like Basecamp etc. The BCC email function into Highrise is an elegantly simple solution.
Perfect for my day-to-day office errands. I use the free plan, und it's sufficient for me so far. Great tool with nice integration of email and tasks.
