Not a bad application, but Snag-It is much easier to use. Snag-It also becomes much quicker to use if you spend 15 min. to personalize its settings to match how you most use the tool.
I use HyperSnap at one of my employers but I prefer Snag-It because of its much more powerful options/setting profiles.
