A configurator on Mac
Icns2Rsrc converts .icns file to a resource file containing a 'icns' resource. The software also does Rsrc2Icns conversion.

Really useful for creating your own icons on the Mac. The only issue I have is that no UI appears on startup, just the options in the taskbar, which is confusing at first. Otherwise, it's great.
