This is a lower cost alternative to Constant Contact. It's a better deal because it includes the Surveys and Email Archiving as part of the price. The Email Archive feature nice community bonuses such as sharing and profiles that you can use to promote your newsletters. I don't really like the templates so CC does a better job at that but I always make custom anyway. The reports are pretty basic but do the job. Overall I'll take the cost savings and sacrifice a polished look for the interface and reporting.

Non male, ma assurdo che non posso vedere i contatti anche offline!

How useless. I was expecting a lot more than just a simple download of information. What I would have liked to have seen, is something that goes both ways, upload and download, and the ability to make changes.

    Someday...
