This Daemon is part of the http://idrive.com service for online backup of my Macs (3) and Windows PC's (1) offline. It sits in the background and ensures that any new files added to marked folders are backed up in an offline location. Lets face it, its not true data unless its backed up twice.. 15GB for $50 a yr..
