Disguised behind the benign face of install[1], there is Spyware Remover 2009—a slimy scare ware which tries to make money by scaring people into believing their computer is infected and that they need to pay the makers of Spyware Remover 2009 to protect themselves.
Little do they know that they are paying for "protection" and that even while paying, their computers could still be zombies, under partial control of the makers of Spyware Remover 2009. If I could give this nefarious piece of doo-doo fewer than one star, I would gladly do so.
Ugh.
