Love this little app, it's particularly useful for people worried about getting CPS or Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome. Set the work periods for 15 or so minutes, then flex your wrists and fingers during breaks.
Interface looks so-so, but then it's not meant to be looked at, so I don't mind it.
