Nice utility
Man, do I love this. You just drag the icon over and it COPIES the color. No more old desktop eyedroppers, where you have to turn it on, hover over the color, memorize it, turn it off, then type it in...
Although, if I try to change the settings to copy the hex code in a different format, e.g. #f1f1f1 instead of #F1F1F1, it doesn't save those preferences. I can use it for the time being but after restarting I have to change the preferences again. Not really a problem since I always use hex codes in caps anyway, but still worth noting.

Very good for Webpage makers, you can get the values of the colors on your screen On The Fly !

Small stand-alone color-picker program. Uses installer to load in system tray, but needs to be manually uninstalled in Vista if removal is desired. Auto-starts in Windows, even when you tell it not to in the program options. Program definitely needs some better coding.
