Kingsoft powerword is a dictionary software developed by Kingsoft Co.Ltd in China. This software product have English, Chinese and Japanese Versions. Both commercial and free versions are available. This is Japanese version of Google-Kingsoft Powerword. It is one of the powerword products. Kingsoft powerword can use both local dictionaries and internet dictionaries/translation tools, such as Google Language Tools. This dictionary software is very powerful, and very popular in Asian countries.

I can't read news from yahoo if without it
I think Kingsoft powerword is not to be under estimated. Living in China I see my wife, collegues and friends use it. (The chinese version). Looking at its interface I notice many possibilities. The chinese to english translations are quite OK. (Anyway as can be expected from translation software). For westerns learning Japanese or Chinese I think this program could be very well essential. (For chinese just go http://www.kingsoft.com/).

老牌软件，品质一流，用的是谷歌金山合作版。网易的有道词典好像也不错。
