It's a useful tool for streamlining actions in the web based game Kingdom of Loathing. The biggest problems are, that the game changes from time to time, and thus you often have to wait for kolmafia to be fixed.
It's also a shame that the program doesn't seem to be tracked accurately on here due to it using java.
